PACKAGE A: ULTIMATE

Ideal for high-traffic facilities with multiple entryways and lobbies, plus more. The Ultimate Door Package includes:

• Quarterly visits
• Full assessment of all doors and quote
• Adjust all qualifying doors as needed
• Date-marked checklist report after each visit
• Replace any hardware* (with stock, if applicable)
• One door assessment in between each visit
• Hardware inventory and inventory tracking management.(we store and track all hardware for you)

PACKAGE B: ESSENTIAL

Designed for smaller facilities with basic maintenance needs. The Essential Door Package includes:

• Semi-annual visits
• Full assessment of all doors and quote
• Adjust all qualifying doors as needed
• Date-marked checklist report after each visit
